CartIt NT is not sending mail.


If CartIt NT is not sending mail, the most common reason is that you have the incorrect SMTP server configured in the CartIt Manager or the mail server is failing to accept the email. Either way, if you look in your "data" folder on the server and you should find a file called "lostcustomers.txt" and "CARTIT.LOG." The lostcustomers.txt file is intended as a backup to prevent lost data should email fail. The CARTIT.LOG file should have detailed error information and may provide an explanation as to why CartIt NT is failing to send email.
