Problem:
CartIt NT- the orders from our site have no invoice numbers.
Cause:
There is no cartitordercount.txt file in the data folder.
Solution:
Create a file called cartitordercount.txt and put it in the data folder. This file should have one line, the starting invoice number.
Technical Notes:
You should have many other files in the data folder. Login to the CartIt Manager and click the "Customize" link at the top of the page. This link will show all of the files you should have. All of the files are part of the CartIt for NT download.
